Airtel deducted my balance even though my viber and/or skype apps were only running in the background.

I had recharged my airtel number last monday with 130 bucks and had hardly spoken for 10 minutes over the phone since then and all of them were local calls. I also have a 3g data plan activated on the number and have 1.5 GB of data left. And now I check my balance and it's nil. I tried contacting the customer care just now but nobody picked up the call. The only explanation for the blance deduction could be the Voip apps running in the background. I didn't make a call or send out a chat msg through those apps in the last week. Dafuq airtel!
